Vincent graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with Bachelor of Accountancy. He has over 18 years of professional exposure and experience in auditing and accounting services, including 4 years with one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in Singapore. He was responsible for a diverse portfolio of listed and privately held clients that include industries such as property development & construction, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, shipping, trading and hotels. Apart from audit, Vincent also participated in initial public offerings (“IPOs”), agree-upon procedure and due diligence assignments.
