Zhang Jue has over her 20 years of audit professional and commercial experiences in various industries. Her experience with Paul Wan & Co involve major audit assignments of both private and public listed companies, financial due diligence ,M&A and valuation. She have been extensively involved in IPO assignment for listing on Singapore SGX, Malaysia Busia, UK AIM, Korea KRX, Taiwan TWSE, US Nasdaq for various industries. Prior to rejoining back with Paul Wan & Co in October 2023 Zhang Jue was the Chief Financial Officer for 6 years with a China leading semi-conductor group preparing the Group for IPO in China Shenzhen and Shanghai stock exchange. In additional to FRS and IFRS she is familiar on China stock exchange regulation and rules, tax regulation and China accounting standards.
