Vincent graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with Bachelor of Accountancy. He has over 18 years of professional exposure and experience in auditing and accounting services, including several years with one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in Singapore. He was responsible for a diverse portfolio of listed and privately held clients that include industries such as property development & construction, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, shipping, trading and hotels. Apart from audit, Vincent also participated in initial public offerings (“IPOs”), agree-upon procedure and due diligence assignments. He was the signing partner for two China companies, listed in Bursa.
Vincent is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA, Public Accountant registered with ACRA. He was involved in engagements listed in the Stock Exchanges of Singapore and Malaysia.
